Welcome.
Allow me to introduce myself more fully. I’m Keith and I help people discover who they’re truly meant to be.
This discovery process was developed and honed during my years as an educator (teacher) and administrator (leader). I spent 25 years in public education, with nearly 20 years of my tenure in leadership and administration roles. These experiences, along with the attainment of my advanced degrees in leadership and administration, led me to founding my leadership services firm in 2013.
Fully living my purpose
The founding of my firm, and my recent authorship, have allowed me to fully live out my purpose or why, which is “To engage with and to cultivate people, so that they may become the persons that they are meant to be.” As an educator, I do realize that my why is not quite grammatically correct (persons should be people), but it is purposeful. For the person you and I are today, is not who we were five years ago, and the person we’ll be five years from now is not who we are today. We’re constantly learning, growing, and evolving (or at least we should be) into the next, best, versions of ourselves. A process of learning and growth that fills my soul and I am passionate about, and honored to do it every day of my life.
Beyond my love of work and assisting others, I also love spending time with my family (with my lovely wife Terrie, and our four adult children and their families, as well as my larger family unit) … especially at the beach. I also truly enjoy traveling, reading, listening to and experiencing ALL forms of music, and watching a good movie or show.

I would love to speak with your audience
One of the things that I’ve learned through my journey, and experiences, is that so many of us truly have no idea of who we truly are. What we stand for. Our strengths. Our blind spots. Our contributions. Our causes. Our beliefs. Our purpose/our why on this amazing, spinning, blue marble of ours.
I begin every one of my engagements with a simple three-word question that usually stops nearly every single person in attendance dead in their tracks … ”Who are you?”
This is a question that on the surface should be relatively easy to answer but is so profoundly intricate that it is far from easy to answer … unless you are enlightened to the insights and knowledge that allows you to confidently state who you truly are.

iNVISION Group – Leadership Services Group is a full-service leadership development consultancy founded upon and focused on, the intersections and constructs of coaching, training, planning, and analytics services with clients both regionally and nationally.
I founded the firm in December 2013 to serve individuals and clients in the areas previously mentioned – all of which I am passionate about and have had success in leading and advising.
iNVISION Group’s clients are primarily in the professional services industries (attorneys, accountants, engineers, and financial services), but as the firm has grown and evolved, so has our reach and our client base. We now also service clients in the areas of health, safety, energy, technology, and beyond.
Now, you may be asking – what do all of these industries have in common? The short answer is quite simple … they are all owned, operated, and led by … people. And they all support their clients – who are also people.
In short, iNVISION Group LSG is about people. And when it comes to people, this is where we thrive and do our best work.
Helping individuals to know and understand themselves, so that they may better know and understand those around them, and those that they serve.
