“The first stage in a journey of personal and professional growth is to figure out who you truly are and then building out, and off, from there.”

One of the things that I’ve learned through my journey, and experiences, is that so many of us truly have no idea of who we truly are. What we stand for. Our strengths.

Our blind spots. Our contributions. Our causes. Our beliefs. Our purpose/our why on this amazing, spinning, blue marble of ours.

I begin every one of my engagements with a simple three-word question that usually stops nearly every single person in attendance dead in their tracks … ”Who are you?”

This is a question that on the surface should be relatively easy to answer but is so profoundly intricate that it is far from easy to answer … unless you are enlightened to the insights and knowledge that allows you to confidently state who you truly are.

Each engagement begins with this simple three-word question and by the end of the engagement, every person will be one step further, one step closer to answering this simple, yet profoundly and deeply personal, question.

An answer that can, and will, alter the trajectory of and for the individual, the organization, and even the world at large.

An answer that will be realized through the acquired self-knowledge, self-concept, and self-understanding of the attendees to such an extent that the whole of the gathering will be more fully enlightened, and more fully self-aware of who they are (and who others are) that they will be able to answer that simple question more honestly, directly and accurately.

In doing so, they will also be able to know and understand those around them more fully, completely, and deeply. Allowing those in attendance to confidently answer the question “Who are you? With a more enlightened and self-aware, “I am…”

A conversation that will set into motion the journey of a lifetime.
